UNICOM MODIFIER MASTERBATCH

 

UNITED MASTERBATCHES PVT LTD has come up with an innovative Additive Masterbatch called UNICOM which work as a processing and bonding agent thereby increasing elongation of tapes, films and articles of HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP without compromising on the tensile strength. The product is priced below the price of a polymer thereby decreasing the overall cost of formulation without compromising on the quality aspect of drop test, dust formation and elongation.

It restores the impact resistance, Transparency, Elongation to optimum levels even after addition of fillers like Calcium, Talc, Barium Sulphate, Mica, and Woolsonite in polymers.

THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT CONTENT IN UNICOM MODIFIERS IS 25% OF ELASTOMERIC COMPOUND. THE PRODUCT IS ADDED WITH OPTICAL BRIGHTNERS TO GIVE IT A SLIGHT GREENISH YELLOW TONE AND THEREBY INCREASING THE GLOSS AND BRIGHTNESS OF FINISHED PRODUCT.

UNICOM CALCIUM FILLED MASTERBATCH

 

UNICOM CALCIUM FILLER MASTERBATCH is developed with ultra fine and coated Calcium Carbonate to provide cost effective loading in Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding, Monolayers Films and most importantly Raffia tapes and Strapes .Unicom Calcium Filled Masterbatch is filtered using very minute and precise filter mesh and with controlled temperature to reduce chocking and water carrying problems and to achieve proper dispersion.The pellets are round & flat in shape, smooth feeling, well plastified with good dispersibility. It is an ideal additive, harmless & non toxic.

UNICOM TALC FILLED MASTERBATCHES

 

Talc Filled Masterbatches are specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefins with micronized talc in the most modern compounding extrusion plants employing the latest state-of-the-art technology.

Talcum acts as a nucleating agent in polymer thereby increasing the crystallisation of the products and increases it crystallisation levels. The products heat related degradation temperature increases. This allows the processing of the product without softening under higher processing temperatures. The higher thermal conductivity of talcum compared to that of polymer, insures the faster distribution of heat during production thus increasing manufacturing efficiency.
